Our First Thanksgiving

I haven't blogged in way too long, but I figured I should at least post some pictures from our first year of hosting Thanksgiving. It's been so long that I am sure the interest has expired, but it was great! My mom, dad, brother, Sean's sister and her dad, and my dear family friends Kent and Rose all came out to the Valley of the Sun to give thanks for this wonderful life we have been given.

I roasted my first turkey and finished exactly at 5:00p.m., just like I planned ... ha! I am sure nobody is surprised! Anyway, I shall quit blabbing. The pictures about sum it up.





Only in beautiful Phoenix, could we bask in such gorgeous sunlight on Thanksgiving Day!
And wa-la! Mt gorgeous bird ... it was so tasty! I stuffed it with lemons, onions, sage, rosemary and thyme. MMMmmm!

First Thanksgiving down! A lifetime to go and we couldn't be more thrilled for our new tradition!
